On May 14th, 2012 The Center for Law and the Biosciences at Stanford Law School hosted an event with Stanford School of Medicine’s Dr. Sean Mackey on detecting pain. Mackey, who discussed his work on pain detection, was joined by Stanford Law School’s Lisa Douglas who talked about the legal ramifications of Mackey’s work.
